Questions
Does it replace the MLS?
No. The MLS keeps setting local rules. ListOnce delivers clean records into it and checks those rules first.
Is it a home search site?
No. It is the pipe every site draws from, so it never competes with them or with members' own sites.
We have our own system. Do agents enter twice?
No. Your system sends to the open API, or you connect through your franchisor, back office vendor or MLS.
Who gets the data revenue?
Participating brokerages, the same amount per listing whatever their size. License fees cover running the platform first.
Who owns the listing?
The seller and the listing brokerage. Members can export everything, anytime.
Who runs it?
Molluso builds and runs it under contract to Open Real Estate, which governs it through a member board, one vote per member.
Can a seller keep it off the public sites?
Yes. Members only shows it to agents at member brokerages and never markets it publicly. The default is public now.
